This was my second time using mobile app to order ahead (at the same location) and both times I had stale bread where the crust... is falling off in little pieces. It was not toasted so the bread should be soft, but it's not. Maybe it's just this Subway inparticular because I've never had this problem before. It really took away from the flavor and enjoyment of the sandwich as awhole. The ingredients in the sandwich tasted fresh and was made correctly, I just didn't like the crusty stale bread. This subway participates in the California EBT Restaurant Meals Program but acts like they don?t the costumer experience... changes when you provide a EBT card for payment they will act like your holding the line and if your card declined because youaccidentally pushed the wrong pin they will let the whole store know also the watch the Mexican blad guy he will skimp you onyour toppings I got the #12 and he only gave me 1 mozzarella cheese when u get two and when I called him out he threw it on myalready toasted sandwich poor service if you don?t have cash. My thing is don?t participate in the program if you don?t like thepeople that come in. because your restaurant obviously needs the money or they wouldn?t participate in the program. I threw up in their bathroom after eating one of the subway sandwiches. After trying to be courteous by telling the employees... they handed me a paper towel and said I have to clean it and pickup the vomit chunks. I instantly left, never coming back tothis place again. Read more
As Subways go this one's just fine, no mistake this location gets your order exactly as you like it. The bread is fresh,... plenty of parking, fresh ingredients and there's a deal until 31 December for a selection of their choice of three differentkinds of " subs for an $2.50 plus tax for one!.. I?m typically a fan Subway, but this particular location is atrocious. Next to impossible to communicate with staff, which makes... it hard to make sure they got your order right. They also have a hard time honoring coupons, and not disclosing when aparticular add on costs extra. Takes forever to check out because of how long it takes to get them to honor their own couponsand discounts. Read more
Good tasting healthy food that won't break the bank. I usually go with the $3.99 6 inch sub of the day. My personal favorite is... tuna. Nice location which is kept clean and the staff are nice. Parking is a bit tough during the lunch rush but no othercomplaints. Read more
Worst subway experience ive ever had. I came in and the store smelled like burning rubber, after i began to order my sandwich... with a lady who barely spoke english it took 3 people and almost 20 minutes to finish my sandwich. Meanwhile i noticed that oneof the ovens was smoking which filled the whole store with foul smelling fumes and the ladiea behind the counter had no ideawhat to do and jokes around about there being no manager in store at the moment. Not a good experienced. They are trying to charge me a wrong sandwich that is higher on what I ordered. Atmosphere not very... inviting and welcoming. I've been to different subway location before and this one not so much. Read more
