A very nice Starbucks in the lobby of a great looking hotel. However, their customer service is terrible. You?d think because of... the location there?d be a focus on training employees to be friendlier and faster. The customer experience is sad for such abeautiful space. Read more
Horrible horrible horrible service this morning. I go there almost every day and it seems like the short lady making the drinks... has a disgusting attitude very rude never smiles. If she doesn't like her job she should quit. The one cooking the food is thesame way I said good morning she didn't even acknowledge me this morning very rude. The gentleman at the register always verynice Definitely appreciative of him same with the manager she's very polite and she greets everyone.
