Ordered 7 drinks online. Came to pick them up to deliver to an office. All the drinks were prepared and placed on the counter... as ordered. "Do you have any carrying trays?" I asked expectingly. "No." No apologies and no explanations or suggestions foralternatives. Have you ever tried transporting 7 drinks without a tray to hold them up? My car doesn't have 7 cup holders. Starbucks is consistent in terms of food and drink quality. Drinks are decent and the food is mostly pre-prepared with lots of... preservatives. However, this Starbucks is great in terms of service. I come here occasionally on weekday mornings and the entirestaff is always very friendly and quick with orders despite being busy. Today they were experiencing a glitch with mobile ordersand none of the mobile orders were registering in their system even though customers were being charged online. I happened to doa mobile order today and when I showed up one employee quickly explained the situation, looked at my reciept, recited my orderto her coworkers and my order was out perfectly in less than two minutes (with multiple items +customizations) despite the placebeing somewhat busy and the staff already scrambling to handle other messed up mobile orders quickly. The weekday morning staffdoes a great job. Thanks for the great service and helping me keep things timely as I'm heading to work in the mornings. Read more
AVOID COMING HERE IF YOU CAN! I will start by saying that I get Starbuck's every single day and I love the convenience of them... being placed on what seems like every corner. But I will be avoiding this one at all cost from here on out! I will give a place3 strikes and this was their 3rd strike! They are always very rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing their day. Theguy told me that the drink I was asking about must be a secret menu item and to look it up on Google for the recipe. (I get itat almost everyother one I go to) on top of that after I ordered we sat there for 5 minutes then my daughter wanted to walk nextdoor to the donut shop. It took me 15 minutes to get donuts and get back thinking the drinks would have been made since therewas only 2 people in front of us and NOPE still not ready! It did come up shortly after but still 25 mins to make 3 drinks andthe worst part the one wasn't even full!
