The staff here are great, but a few weeks ago this store disabled the ?order ahead? feature. As I understand some stores have... done this because they say it?s detracting from the experience for in store customers. I hope the owner/manager sees this reviewand recognizes a simple fact: the vast majority of people do not go to Starbucks for the ?in store experience.? They go for thesame reason they go to McDonalds: it?s convenient and fast. Without being able to order ahead, this store no longer providesthat speedy convenience. Read more
I am very disgusted and mortified by this!! ! My dad got a cup of coffee at this location and when he got to the end of his... coffee he found worms at the bottom of his drink!!!!! My question is did the worms come from the coffee or the coffee pot?!? Ifnot, then I am PRETTY sure the barista MUST have seen these worms in the cup AND still served coffee to my dad! Very friendly and helpful cashier. Location was clean and provided a quiet working environment inside. Only issue was the... person who placed the finished drink orders on the counter was very quiet and you didn't hear your name being called. Read more
Very good Starbucks overall: most employees are always friendly, they make the drinks as quick as they can, and the handful of... times something wasn?t done right they have fixed it right away. The location itself is pretty busy, so I?d definitelyrecommend ordering ahead on the Starbucks app. Occasionally you?ll show up between shifts, so the drinks can take longer to makeduring these times. As of end of April 2021, this location has not opened any of its tables for indoor use, and they willpolitely ask you to wear a mask if you are inside without one. One thing to keep in mind about this location is the parking lotfor the shopping center: it?s very busy, and VERY disorganized. Keep your head on a pivot when parking and walking from yourcar. This was a quick in quick out. I went in for a wrongly ask for drink called a medium mocha frappe. They didn't laugh at me, and... she didn't make me feel bad for not ordering correctly. What she did was smile slightly, look me right in the eye, and said,"(the correct name of the drink that I wanted)." I looked around the shop while I was waiting for them to prepare my drink. Didnot actually realize that you can get everything from all kinds of coffee from all over the world, coffee makers and coffeemugs, or t-shirts and sandwiches. Starbucks is quiet a place to visit. There always seems to be plenty of people doing importantthings sitting and enjoying they're special drinks. One of these days I'll figure out what the stars are all about. I was told Ihave 50, but I have no idea what that means. Next time you're in the area, stop and take a look and buy your special drink. I was looking for a drive-thru Starbucks, and although Google Maps said it was a drive-thru, it wasn't. I decided to order... online and pick it up, but I had to use the app. I downloaded and installed the app, and ask for an email to reset password. Isat in the parking lot waiting for the email, but it came 10 HOURS Later! Tired, hot, thirsty, and hungry, I ended up drivingaway and went somewhere else. Read more
