If you use mobile ordering, don't order at this location. My order of 1 menu item drink with no customization was 20 minutes... later than the estimated time (30 minutes total), which would have been fine because these estimated times are justestimatations. Except customers who came in 20 minutes after me (10 minutes past my order estimate) and ordered in person gottheir orders before me. One even ordered the exact same drink as me! Not only that, I asked the female employee in the pick uparea if I can check on that status of my order in case it was forgotten. She had been calling everyone's name when their orderwas ready. Five minutes later, when my order was finally ready, she looked at the name of the drink and just set it down withthe tag turned away from customers, without saying my name even though she knew I had been waiting for my order for 30 minutesalready. My order was the only one that she didn't call out the name. Read more

Awful customer service. I was in the store for 20 mins, purchased couple of coffee and snacks.. when asked why restroom closed... fo4 my kid they say to use the one in kohls as they are closing in 20mins. Read more

This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have been to in the Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana etc area. And I have been to all of them.... Have been a lifetime customer. As far back as I can remember. I agree with Alissa and the previous 2 ladies on their reviews. Ihad the same very very bad experience with staffer Ryan. Can't even call him a staff member because he is not. He is erogent,rude and seems like, to me, that he likes to pick on females so that MIGHT mean he MAY discriminate against us ladies. Aftercoming back into the store to have them remake my drink...I asked for light ice and he told me I needed extra ice because it had4 shots of espresso. The drink was a chocolate ice shaken espresso. Why advertise with 4 shots if your not going to make itthat way and just fill the cup up with a bunch of ice. No chocolate flavoring. Tasted like drinking a terrible watered down cupof coffee with no taste for $5.95. To make it worse he argued with me to the point where I had to raise my voice in front of allyour customers so I could get another drink made the RIGHT way. And even on the 2nd drink he still wasn't going to make it theway I wanted it to be made. Another employee had to step in and make it and he argued with them too!!! Shame on Starbucks forhiring an employee with an attitude!!! They should be screened better. With inflation the way it is a Starbucks drink is a treatfor me not a daily occurrence. I have been a loyal customer for many years and would have expected better treatment than what Ireceived today. Unfortunately this Starbucks has been stricken off my list of Starbucks I shop at ?????????????? I only gave 1star because I had to to write the review. They should have -10 for the worst!!! PS.....the 2nd drink from the 2nd barista wasperfect and ???? delicious. Read more

Nice little shopping center Starbucks. No drive through, nice parking lot. Store is small inside nut has a recent design. Small... but nice outdoor patio seating. Read more

Awful customer service and terrible for order aheads. I don?t usually complain when shorted drinks but today I got a venti and... it was FULL of ice and about 2-3 inches below the top, just a layer of full ice on top. I asked if i could get like the syrup orsomething added to make the drink the size it should be she was so rude in asking which one and then gave me literally justsyrup which did nothing in filling it, so I proceeded to ask for a new drink possibly or just like the milk to top it off andshe said if I took the lid off she could put more of the milk then went and dumped it in spilling about half the product on thecounter? maybe that?s where it went the first time she made it too and it was 1/3 empty wish I took a picture before the wholeinteraction but wow. The mobile order is just a chaos. Really really long wait time and people are just so crowded in the store waiting for their... drink to come out which takes forever. I felt sorry for the girl who was in charge of the mobile order keep saying sorry to thewaiting people. This location is not capable of handling the massive orders. Please just go back to walk-in order. Read more

This Starbucks does a great job to streamline their order taking and their mobile order pick up. There is enough space to... social distance while still getting an opportunity to order pick up or browse. Holiday cup season is great!! Enjoy your treatand complementary holiday cup! Read more
