Terrible customer service, I went in to purchase gift cards for work purposes, and the employee Roxanne told me I should just... purchase them online, told me that it would take her an hour to find extra gift cards and an hour to scan them (this processonly takes 15 min max). She proceeded to act annoyed and mad while I just sat there taking it, she had what I needed and I wasbringing them business, 570$ worth to be exact and at the end of the transaction when I asked for a receipt, it took a momentfor it to print, she told me I BROKE THE CASH REGISTER. Not much of a reviewer - this be my first one. I really enjoy this location, but their drinks are completely inconsistent, so... I?m finding a new location. My typical drink is a venti matcha latte. About 90% of the time it doesn?t taste like there?s anymatcha in it at all, so I now order it with an additional scoop. Sometimes I still can?t taste it. However one day when Iordered it, it was so strong, I couldn?t finish it (it was nice to have it the next day in my fridge though). I know there?ll belittle variations here and there, but to order the same drink and one day have it so strong I can?t finish it and the other Ican?t even taste the matcha is worth mentioning. I?m not much of one to complain, but this variation is wild. I gave 3 starsbecause the staff is always great. Read more

I?ve never not waited at LEAST 20 minutes for a cup of BASIC coffee. Cold brew black? It takes 45 minutes. I don?t know why I... keep coming back. They closed for a week to completely renovate. You?d think this would include making changes in lay out thathelp their staff be efficient. Nope. Nice people. Seem to be doing their best. But I?ve never waited like this at a Starbucks.Might as well go to a local barista who?s coffee is fine but they take always take too long. Read more

This was my 1st and last visit. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and a bacon Gouda sandwich. I arrived 5 min after... placing my order....my sandwich was cold, the bag was soaked and therefore my sandwich, half the egg is missing and the cheeseis somehow outside the sandwich(not because it melted). My drink was unrecognizable it was so dark. I asked for more of thecream to put in it and he tried giving me half and half then got upset because I pointed out that was not what goes in my drinkcan I have the correct one please? I kept apologizing because I don't like to cause extra work or be that B, but I couldn't evenconsume what I paid for. Read more

Now I usually don?t write reviews but my visit today there was awful. We ordered though the drive thru and got 2 caramel mocha... fraps with extra caramel and java chips. The cashier (tall slim blonde girl) handed us the first one and then took 10 minutesfor the second one. When I tasted the first one it tasted as if it was an iced coffee. It was so watery it really had no taste.I then told the cashier that it was watery and that it had no taste. I asked her if she can redo it. She did not look happy whenshe walked back to ask ?Kevin? to redo it. 5 minutes later she came back and handed over the cup. She did not even make eyecontact and didn?t even say anything when we said thank you- twice! Then to make it even worse the coffee was dripping over thecup and it was messy (see pics). She did not even bother to clean it at all. I was so disappointed with their service. It isnot like we are asking for free stuff or taking it out of your paycheck. We are consumers that pay for a service that it is yourjob to provide. Word of advice for this girl: if you can?t be nice and courteous (even if it?s fake) don?t be do customerservice!!! Read more
