If I could put 0 star for this location I would. This is the worst Starbucks experience in my life which ruin my Saturday... morning. First of all, we order 2 croissants and the person only took one while he confirmed 2 with us. Then, while we arewaiting, I found that their kitchen is so dirty and messy. Then the lady who made the drinks with terrible service. Iaccidentally spilt coffee on myself in front of her and she has no reaction whatsoever. The drink we order tasted like water. Starbucks has recipes and mixes they follow. There is always the human factor that plays a role. The difference between good... (average) and exceptional is the human factor and this Starbucks is exceptional due to the team.
