This has to be the slowest Starbucks in town. It's big, it's beautiful, but I came here on a Friday night and the same people... were standing in front of me in line for so long that I just mobile ordered and got out of line. I'm pretty sure I was walkingout the door before all of them ordered. The employees were moving with zero sense of urgency whatsoever, it was actually kindof shocking. I ended up there the following weekend and I was the first person in line, so the wait wasn't that bad. But thecashier had to be the most unfriendly person I'd encountered all day, she definitely hates her job. 3 stars only because theydid a great job making my drink both times, it was exactly the way I like it. The actual baristas are great, it's just the firstline of defense there that needs a lot of work. Read more
Overall I?m genuinely not mad about my experience because I have worked in customer service but The workers at this Starbucks... had a lot of attitude and A bad vibe. So basically me and my close friend walked in and we asked a question to the worker, sheanswered very Blandly and went on with whatever she was doing. There was about five other people in the store and they were juston the computers, so it wasn?t like they were packed or anything. She took our order and she was just rude and acted like shedidn?t wanna be there. After this we waited for a bit and I went back to the counter and asked for ice water. The lady looks inmy eyes and takes a Cup from the counter that was filled with some thing and dumped it out into the sink , Which is veryunsanitary and weird. She fills the cup then hands me it while rolling her eyes. Like I understand if we ordered some thing verycomplicated but it was just a simple cup of water. My advice to the Starbucks workers is if you don?t want to work there getanother job. Starbucks makes some peoples day and if you?re gonna be rude it?s not even worth it. Read more
A great sbux for meeting and nice relax
The people who make drinks are just horrible at their job - 2 people before me needed their drinks remade and of course mine... needed also ( I asked for no syrup in iced coffee and of course they put syrup in my coffee ) what a waste of time and money.. Read more
New look is much better than traditional stores! It was a good meeting and gathering point before Covid. Hope it gets better.

So,?. One of my pet peeves is when people bring their pets into a food location. What?s worse is it it?s unleashed. What?s... worse is if they carry it,.. toss it over and over in the air RIGHT OVER THE FOOD - and staff do nothing. I would not eat oruse this location if they think it?s okay for people to have their pet immediately over food areas and food prep and foodservice areas - like the guy had the animal in the air right over the food area and counter. Yuk. Really. Yuk. I get itthat the entitled feel they way they do,.. but businesses MUST stop allowing people to endanger the health of its customers byallowing pets all over food pre areas. I was shocked. He was literally tossing the dog in the air over the uncooked food,..people grinding coffee and food prep,.. milk, dairy, almond milk,.. Omg. I watched them with the unleashed dog,.. then hadhim in the store,.. carried him in the store,.. tossing the dog in the air,.. playing catch I LOVE MY DOG - but I would NEVERhave him on top of my food. Nor would I carry him in my kitchen or over my food. Pets in Food areas should not be allowed. Period. Read more
