they lost my business over a quarter sized cookie today. i asked if it had nuts? the older gentlemen which i assume was the boss... or owner then replied "i can't tell you what's in it" excuse me??? you can't tell me if it has nuts or not?? it was incrediblyrude. i asked because i'm allegric and if he can't consider people like me with a nut allergey then he don't need my business.the pizza good but other places are also just as good. shame on that gentlemen to respond in such a way to me, i was never rudeonce. i'm not asking how many cups of sugar you use, just asking if it has nuts. i don't feel like dying tonight because i atera cookie with nuts in it. be better wow, never coming back here. don't even care that i'm getting behind the wheel, nada.extremely disappointing i experienced that there today, i liked the place. past tense, liked. I prefer my pizza without cheese. My employer ordered personal-sized pizzas from here for our 2021 Holiday Luncheon. It was very... difficult for me to remove the cheese as my employer does not order just one pizza without cheese and the rest with. The wingshere are quite deliciously seasoned, though. I may eventually order just wings without pizza from an RTP closer to my home. Read more
Order a pizza at 2:30 PM for a delivery at 4:15 PM. It has been over 30 mins and the pizza still has not arrived. I called the... location and asked them to cancel/refund my order. I was transferred to a manager who was very rude and informed me my pizzawill get there when it gets there. I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. I called back and asked to confirm my refund withanother team member. Really bad experience and poor customer service. Read more
