Atmosphere and dinner was great. Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the server assuming I wanted another alcoholic... drink without asking and charging it to the bill . I ordered a glass of wine to start and mentioned how I MAY eventually want totry a cocktail, so he brought me one without confirming I indeed wanted it?I have worked in the restaurant industry for yearsand would never just assume someone wanted another drink without asking. if it was on the house go for it but he charged uswithout asking if we even wanted it? Truly unique and amazing food. The pistachio chicken was absolutely amazing and memorable. The braised beef was The most tender... I have ever eaten in my life. We met the owners and they are absolutely lovely and love what they do. Read more

This place was alright. Definitely wouldn?t recommend it. Service was unusual. Didn?t know who our server was. She drop off a... pepper mill but never came back. Bartender came over to refill our empty beers. We couldn?t sun anything out. The shorts ribswere really good!!!! I would give it 5 out 5 but everything else suck. Bare minimum on service, and amount of food. Didn?t havea lot of beers. Go somewhere else. Read more

Woooooow. I haven?t had biscuits this good since home in the south. The cornbread is like cake and even the tea is... authentic. For mains I had Quail stuffed with fig and lamb which is a combination I never knew I needed. Gamey + decadent +sweet. That?s some food art right there. My date had branzino done with chutney and some other spice combination. ??Twasawesome. Finally, pecan pie + mozzarella ice cream and a caramelized peach - lovely. Oh, also we were there during jazz nightwhere these four dudes covered Herbie Hancock followed by A Tribe Called Quest. Baller. Read more

This was a surprise, we were a little bummed that the menu changed the day before our reservation, so we came expecting one... thing and got another. However, the food was amazing. We had the regular biscuits, the trio of biscuits, and the best cornbread as appetizers, all fantastic. Coast to coast salad... Astounding. Then the main course, we got the roasted chicken and thetomahawk pork chop. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. Amazing. The tomahawk pork chop was mind blowing. We will beback. Read more

Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, great service and friendly staff. I've come alone for a drink, and also once to... support one of the live acts they have (Thursday nights i believe?). It's a great spot and i wish I had more money or morefriends to try some of the pricier dishes (85% of them) Read more

I wanted to try something new with glowing reviews from food articles that I have seen on this restaurant but I was disappointed... with some of the dishes here. Our waiter told us that the pork belly entree is not fatty but it turned out more fatty than ever. The seabass was tasteless with no flavor with a pea puree that was bland. The waiter raved about the biscuit. It was super densefor my taste. I must say the ingredients were fresh and the dish were assembled nicely. The service and staff was average. Theysat us at a table in the aisle of the bar. We asked to be moved to another table away from the walkway. My friend got bruisedfrom the awkward chair she sat in. It is also pricey for it's portion size. There is a weak selection on desserts. I had sometype of chocolate pudding like dessert that was not impressive. Overall experience would not have me coming back to dine Read more
