The lady who worked the counter on Jan 10 @11:15am was super SUPER RUDE. Never a smile. I asked if there's an option for 2... items for lunch and she said "NO you can only HAVE ONE! Multiple times I show up 40-45 minutes before they close, just to be told that they are closed. This is the last time I eat... here. Such a waste of gas and time, and there's nothing more upsetting then when you're starving for some Kung Pao Chicken. Ifthey're willing to cut such a big corner just to go home early I wonder what other shortcuts they take. Read more
I'm giving it a really good review and I haven't even eaten it yet, or stepped into the restaurant. I haven't met an employee or... seen the outside, and it's still a good review. I ordered a simple chicken and veggies fried rice through Grubhub and asked fora side note to have steak and shrimp added (and I they can adjust the price manually if necessary, the app said they allowedthat) and I got my request AT NO CHARGE. Good business right there, and I don't know a thing about the location. This is myfirst time ordering so I'll take it as a one-time thing :) Going into the food. I like my fried rice to be not clumpy (cuz thenyou have steamy mushy white rice clumps that are fried on the outside). This rice is PERFECT for me. The rice doesn't clump evenafter a 15 minute delivery time and a paragraph of review. The chicken, beef and shrimp taste amazing and the veggies make thewhole dish a good balance. 5/5, I'm definitely gonna try coming in soon and leaving them all a good tip for their incredibleservice and another one of their delicious meals. I had been meaning to come here for a meal, but my employer beat me to it. We had this restaurant cater to us on 8/19/2020. I... loved the chicken & vegetables. Tasty spices blend and tender white meat chicken along with crunchy long-cut carrots &medium-soft broccoli. I also like how the fortune cookies are dipped in chocolate only at the crease. Unfortunately my employeronly received regular fortune cookies with our catered meal. When I have a meal from this restaurant delivered to my home, Iwill want the chocolate-dipped fortune cookies along with it. Read more
I ordered House Special Beef, with Vegetables on Sat evening 8/8/20. The staff was very nice, so no problem there. The House... Special Beef was extremely dry and very few vegetables were included. I don't wish to get anyone in trouble, especially duringthese times, but this is not the first time my order was very dry, as in virtually no sauce. I have been to the Pick Up Stix onAlton, next to Ralphs, and have never had this problem. My suggestion for the owner is to review how the food is being preparedand why this may be an issue. Also, I am not looking for a free replacement order. Unfortunately since this has happenedmultiple time, I will not be returning to this location. Read more
