Everything is delicious when fresh, coffee is fine. If you come late in the afternoon, be prepared to pay full price for... pastries that have been sitting around all day and taste accordingly. Also sometimes they run out of certain items even in themornings.They also make vent holes in the bottom corners of the pastry bags, so make sure you either take it out or open fromthe bottom, otherwise it's a big mess. Terrible customer service. I came in with a friend during an off time. Girl charges me for a green tea latte even though I... asked for Earl grey. The drinks are the same price but they seem unable to just make the drink I want so I settle on the greentea. My friend gets her drink and food. I'm still waiting for my drink when she finished hers. There has been no more drinksorders since I came in. I caught the girl's eye several times but she made no move to the drink station. I inquire about mydrink and she did not seem apologetic as she said "oh.... Was it the green tea latte?" Clearly had to have her lead make thedrink and he wasn't particularly apologetic either. She didn't say anything else but clearly avoided eye contact. The snacksmay be tasty but they really need to work on customer service. I understand during a rush but if it is slow and you make amistake you should really try to make amends to some degree. Read more
