9-12-22 6:45am. Not busy. Kiosk were updating so only one was available. Not greeted upon entry it appeared the manager was... talking to the employee about scheduling. Pretty sure it was also the manager who made my order. I Received my text that thefood was ready while she was still preparing it. She never said one moment I?m still working on it..hello..thank you..your orderis ready, nothing! She placed it on the counter while I was standing there and walked away before I even picked it up. I placed an online order and quickly realized after I placed it that it went to a location over 20 min away from me. I tried to... cancel the order online but it said I had to call the cafe directly. I called this cafe 4 times in a 10 min period and the phonejust rings, after it rings for 2 min, the line disconnects. So I call corporate and they tell me "this location is privatelyowned so it'll be up to them how/if they refund me" So then I called them after I hung up with corporate 5 more times with noluck... I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15+ years and regardless of how busy our restaurant got, you answered thephone. I love their chicken soup it?s my favorite thing in the world I actually pulled over to make a special trip here because I saw... it was close by. The payment options are easy to place your order, then your hand of the pager if you order can?t beimmediately fulfilled your choices of sides for soup are plentiful but I always opt for the Apple, chicken soup with an appleis pretty safe and is also super delicious but I?ve had many of their other offerings but I think the one thing I?m going to tryis the new mango Yuzu citrus church lemonade! And the sandwich called ?the spicy take ?those are next on my list this place isvery popular but they keep it clean and everybody was quite well prepared for a rush! I can't believe how rude the employees are to their customes. Seems like they hate working there. Not only one time experience... here. Every visit coming to this place, they are not happy and not welcoming. The cashier, when I ask her about the menu anddoesn't make order right away, she sighed right in front of me. The quality and service have really slipped. The wild-rice chicken soup didn?t have wild rice in it, the teriyaki chicken bowl... was meh, the baguette wasn?t warm and crunchy, and they didn?t give me any butter. But it was the only place open (the nearbysushi place and the other one are closed?. Perhaps covid related. People are in here to use the free wifi. (That?s worth atleast one star) Read more
Look at in Woodbury, Irvine, this particular location is probably one of the largest with a high ceiling and plenty of seating.... Very friendly staff always seems to have enough people working to help you out. 99% of the time I make my coffee from homebecause I perfected it but super clean water, but when I?m out and about I definitely enjoyed their coffee and I go to thisparticular location anytime I can help it during my travels. And I?m not just saying this because it?s close to home, it reallyis a large and clean and friendly place. Honestly, many of these locations are but this one seems to always be number one to me. Horrible customer service. I was sitting at a table with a drink and one of the employees comes to me and asks if he could see... proof of my purchase. A friend had ordered a drink online for me and I had to ask him for it and he said that he was being liedto. He proceeded to kick me out and lecture me. He said you have to have purchased something in order to sit inside. I wouldrate it 0 stars if I could. He has completely ruined my view on Panera Bread and I will likely never willingly eat there againbecause of this experience. Read more
