This place has bad processed sugar loaded fake frozen food. Not real food and taste as bad as fake mc Donald processed food.

The restaurant seems always busy and it is very popular. We got our order very quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful.... The food seemed a little too oily, but tasted great and very satisfying. Read more

Service is pretty quick and we wanted something fast. Staff kept the line moving despite the long line. This location has the... beyond orange chicken (plant based) and I decided to try it. It definitely doesn't taste like orange chicken....It's not assweet and it's a little harder than the orange chicken. Nothing will ever replace orange chicken. I'm glad I tried it though. Read more

They save food. I only saw it at home. I won't come here again.

The food remains tasty and the staff are polite. However, the availability of their menu items at this location is inconsistent... and frequently popular menu items aren't available. Portion servings tend to be on the small side, and one wonders if Panda hasonce again decreased the size of their meal containers (a disingenuous move they made they did a few years ago...a reductionarguably designed to deceive customers). This might have been understandable had price increases been nominal, but they've risensignificantly. None of this would be bothersome if the company was obviously transparent in communicating reasons for higherprices and smaller portions, but I haven't seen this. If you want fast Chinese food, Panda is remains a viable option, but ifyou just want something to fill you up, you'll get roughly the same amount of food for $4 less across the sidewalk at Chipotle. It's a busy location that's exactly the same as any other Panda Express. They are set up to quickly take and fill your order.... Sadly, the speed at which they interact with the customers makes it seem as if they're cold and uncaring (somewhat expected).Still, it's a nice location. Read more

Zero starts if I could. On 11/29/2021 I went for lunch with my wife around 12:15 pm and I have the worst experience ever. First,... the 2 girls upfront were so rude and on a rush to finish with me. I ended up getting a wrong item in my wife plate which she isallergic to. The spring rolls and the rice were so old . Pls throw away your old food and don’t tell your customers it’s oldand I have to wait to make fresh one. Bottom line I threw away $25 in a garbage. Read more

I ordered a few plates for my family to go. I decided to wait for fresh veggies because the last scoop looked old. So because I... was waiting anyway, I asked if I could wait for fresh Rangoons, because the ones they had sitting there looked old and dried outand way over cooked. I waited for a really long time and finally she called me up with my bag all tied up and ready to go andsaid have a good night. I decided to step off to the side just to make sure everything was there. I discovered that the Rangoonsweren't in there. I went back up and and told her my Rangoons weren't in there. She said oh well they are still making those. SoI said ok, well, were you going to tell me my order was still missing something? I was just about to leave! So she said did youstill want the Rangoons and I said yes I paid for them already but now I'm running out of time. She said they are making themnow. So I waited a few more minutes and it looked like they were just starting the fresh batch, so then I tried offeringalternatives, I said I'd take a small side of orange chicken instead because I needed to go. She said she would go check on thestatus. She came and said still another minute. At this point I had already been waiting a really long time so I don't do thisoften, but I decided to make a complaint and ask for some sort of compensation for their mistake. I would have driven all theway home with part of my order missing. I said I'd take a small side of orange chicken for my time. She said she'd ask hermanager. So I waited some more since I was still waiting for those damn Rangoons anyway. I saw her talk with the manager andpoint at the old Rangoons. She came back to me and said they can't give me an extra order of chicken because of the pricedifference but they would throw in an extra order of Rangoons for the wait. I said fine, I'll take what I can get. So after afew more minutes she came out with two small orders of rangoons. I thanked them, threw them in the bag and Read more
