Julissa and Diane were absolutely incredible with me. I was late to pick up a smoothie order and they re made it, I ended up not... liking the mocha I chose so they made me a new one and it was delicious! Thank you to the friendliest staff ever!! Read more

Hands down the WORST Nekter I?ve ever been too. Ordered a 2 day cleanse and when I went to pick up, was given 1 day. So had to... go back and grab another day. Started my cleanse and luckily I?ve done them before cause my juices were numbered wrong!Seriously, no one know what the hell they are doing here. Stay away. Edit: I WAS GIVEN JUICES THAT WERE EXPIRED. I picked up myjuices on 11/13/21. This is BY FAR the worst Nekter. Better off going to Jamba Juice. Read more

Awful smoothie. I ordered a pb protein smoothie from UCI Nektar on the mobile app and arrived sooner than the estimated time... and when I was given my smoothie it looked like milky water and had chunks of what looked like fruit at the bottom of the cup. I was in a hurry as I work full time and was unable to ask them if they could make me another one. I have ordered this smoothiein the past from multiple other Nektar locations and I have never had a terrible experience. The smoothie was undrinkable and Iended up having to throw it away after taking one sip. It is definitely frustrating when you are literally throwing your timeand money away and now I am not sure if I ever want to go to the UCI Nektar again. Read more

This location is ANTI-Environment! I waited until they opened yesterday 02/26/20, brought in my cup (clean obviously) to get a... smoothie and this location would not fill my cup saying that they couldn?t pour in an outside container. I left, then realizedthey had cups for sale... hmm... so I called them and said what?s the difference if I have a plastic cup vs. a steel one. So, hesaid he?s just following the rules. This was after I?d already explained that I buy 2 smoothies a day which is over 500 cups ayear- and I?m one person! I left and went to jamba across the street. I don?t have time to buy each establishments cup so thatyour logo is on my person. It?s all for advertising right? Well, here?s a BAD advertisement that maybe you?ll think twice about.I?m not buying more plastic so you can have your logo out there. Read more

JIM went above and beyond excellent customer service today: despite the line being long and the list or juice orders piling up,... he fee if addition charge, took time to make my juice the way I requested, I have the juice juiced and a banana blended in (postthe "juicing"). So, this adds time, effort and dirty dishes to the mix for he and his fellow employees. However, despite myrequest necessarily being turned down upon my initial ordering, JIM actually took my order as well as added my blended banana?to the Juice and ALSO BROUGHT my juice time outside at the table where I was sitting. He told me he had time to mix in thebanana and I had to post this because he not only handled the busy morning Rush with ease and customer care but as went aboveand beyond what I expected :) so thank you!
