This is a review based on visiting one-three times a week for over a year. They try hard here. But they are inconsistent. ... Order is rarely ready on time. They sometimes open half an hour or more after advertising. Ditto for closing beforeadvertising. Ordering for delivery is risky, they often forget to include the complete order, and customer service for thatsucks. They "give you a freebie" but don't refund what you paid to get. So, not a freebie, a partial refund because you pay aservice fee that is not refunded. Prices are rising but quality and customer service is dropping. I pay $1 extra for peanutbutter and the scoop size has shrunk. Not willing to pay double for the same amount I used to get. I have begun going to acompetitor where my order is correct and has a better chance of being on time when ordered in advance. I only go to Nektar whenmy husband is craving a mango smoothie. By the way, avoid the bathroom, it is flat out disgusting. The sink is filthy, thetoilet hasn't been swished in weeks. Makes me wonder how clean the food area is really kept. Read more

4th time coming here and every time I would give them benefit of doubt that they are just having an off day. But every time I... have come they were out of at least 1/2 of their ingredients or toppings for their bowls & smoothies. Also I have never seen adirtier juice bar with stickiness and just dirt all over, from their counters, to equipment to the floors. I ordered a natural greenie juice and as the employee on the other side was about to start making my juice I asked him when was... the last time he rinsed his juicer since he was picking away dry old pulp, the employee said Oh I rinsed it a little while ago,he proceeded to making my juice and he uses a measuring container that already had old juice sitting there for I don?t even knowhow long?. After he was done making my juice I felt so disgusted I couldn?t even drink it not knowing what kind of bacteria Iwould be putting inside my body. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the so called supervisor by the name of Tajwab saidthat I wasn?t going to threaten him by calling corporate, I told him that I FELT THREATENED AS A CUSTOMER PUTTING his juice inmy body. I will allow everyone to see for yourselves and make a smart decision with your health. Making sure vegetables areproperly washed is so important because it can be a health hazard if vegetables are consumed without proper care. The young kidsthey hire clearly don?t care for your health and you can tell they hate their job. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, so I have been... checking out a lot of smoothie places and this one has been the best so far.
