Clean and surprisingly fast for it being a busy McDonald's. I've been to this location three times now and the fries were hot... and fresh unlike some other locations. Same with my burgers. I would estimate I waited no more than two minutes for my meal eachtime and I saw that is was made to order, not sitting on the line. I always eat in the restaurant and the inside, including thebathrooms, were very clean. I watched as workers were quick to clean the table after a customer left. This is a good McDonald's. Read more
This WAS NOT the Irvine location, it was Red Hill & Bristol location!!! Ordered in drive thru several meals and a regular... hamburger with ketchup ONLY & got a bun WITH NO hamburger.... REALLY, doesn't even deserve 1 star, maybe we should start havingNEGATIVE stars!!! Terrible experience, WILL NOT be returning to this location!!! Read more
I?m here now been waiting at the front counter for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, there is no cars in there is 4 orders... on the screen from the drive thru. Ridiculous!!! I go here once a day (AT LEAST) to get a large Carmel Frappe & not one time have I had a good experience. if it... wasn't for them being so close by my work I would have cut them off a long time ago bif you aren't capable of serving peoplewith a good attitude I suggest getting another job. There quality of product has been dropping a lot over the past few years. Much like any McDonald?s around. And I was especially... put off by the way this particular one handled an issue with a customer ahead of me in line. The cashier handle the situationmuch better than the lead supervisor and the manager on duty. They were both very rude and probably lost that customer as wellas myself. Read more
Ice cream machine was working when I was here :) Small but busy place. Free WiFi and restroom is decent. They seem a little... understaffed. Read more

This will most likely be the last time I eat here. Slpw service. Messed up my order. Sandwich was mangled when I got it out. The... Irvine store is much better. They raised the price of a Happy meal 33% in one week. Read more
