Today around 1:30pm I went into Macdonald's to purchase 570 dollars worth of gift cards. The store wasn't busy and they said... that they could accommodate my request. I then gave Claudia the money and she started handing me cards to swipe them. I ordered114 to be clear. I stood there for a total of 23 minutes helping her swipe them until i had to use the restroom. I asked ifthere was an employee that would be able to do this because i had to use the restroom and the cashier next to her took over forme. which i thought was illegal to have me swipe my own cards as i was paying for A SERVICE. It was so unprofessional and verybad customer service. I went to the restroom where there was no hand soap, toilet seat covers or toilet paper in the stall, iwent out to the sanitizer dispensers and all three were empty. My first time at this McDonald's, and here's what I noticed: 1. Both self-service order kiosks were out of receipt paper. 2.... They were out of kids happy meal toys 3. Dining room TV screen computers were still on the Windows login mode. 4. Multiple handsanitizer dispensers throughout the dining area were out of sanitizer. 5. BOTH male and female restrooms were out of soap!! (Ahealth code violation!) DISGUSTING!! This was at 11:04AM. If all these obvious things were wrong, how many things are theydoing incorrectly in the kitchen, food prep, and areas that aren't obvious?? How many people weren't doing their jobs? Read more
Typical fast food. Fast service. Order has always been correct. Be careful if you have a wide car, drive thru entrance can be... tricky to enter due to odd angle. Read more
Came here early around 7am with my girlfriend before taking her to the airport. We ordered a delux breakfast and two... coffees. All the tables were dirty which is weird because they closed at 9pm the day before and had all night to clean them forthem opening at 630 am.... I asked them to clean them and they only cleaned ours. They brought our breakfast. I had to ask fora fork, maple syrup, butter, and jam separately. I tried to wash my hands in the bathroom and there was no soap. I asked forsome soap and waited 10 minutes and still no soap. This is why I stopped eating at McDonald's. Read more
BE AWARE IF YOU ORDER DINE-IN BY THE SCREEN!! THERE'S NO TABLE SERVICE. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining there's no table... service, but we followed what the screen said, took a table tent, key in the number and waited and waited, there's no food. Whenwe finally went asking, the lady, seems like a manager, told us she called our number on receipt long time ago, probably someonetook it. If there's no table service, why screen told us to key in tent number? She replied she can't control the screen andshe's willing to get us our food. That's why I give 2 stars. So I suggested as a customer, you should put a sign saying no tableservice, no need to put tent on the table. Then she got offensive and said that's why they out the table tents away from screen.HELLO, the table tents are just across the screen. This is the reason I left this review. Ok. So the food is solid. It's mcdonalds. But sheesh. I asked for toilet paper for both stalls and NO ONE came to change it. I... waited 20 minutes and no one came. So I had to ask a guy if they could grab me some from the men's restroom. Unbelievable. I'venever seen a place neglect toilet paper like this before. On top of it all they were out of soap. Ugh!
