We were already regular customers at Layer Cake Bakery when we decided to order our son's custom birthday cake. Until then, we... often indulged in the yummy pastries (croissants, scones, cookies etc.) and delicious cakes, but this was our first custom cakeorder. Our Batman themed custom cake turned out beautifully and tasted very good. We exchanged all the design and flavor detailsonline, which was very practical and everything turned out just the way we asked for. They were very responsive when we sent outquestions and on pick-up day the cake was just ready on time and it was just perfect! Read more
Came around here for a walk at the trail and stopped for coffee and bakery. Had the; butter croissant, chocolate almond... croissant, a chocolate scone, and a latte with oat milk (oat milk extra 0.75¢) The coffee is great and the croissants wereamazing. Free wifi available. Read more
I ordered the crème brûlée, this baked custard dessert with burnt sugar on top was fabulous. And watching an employee flame... the sugar reminded me of eating s'mores as a kid. I can still smell the roasted custard as I left the shop. Read more

A modern and cozy looking contemporary bakery and pastry shop. The flowerless chocolate cake tastes as the name smooth and rich... in chocolate. The almond blueberry tarte has a finer nutty note and is topped with whipped cream and blueberry. Opening timesays until 7pm, we came at 7:30pm and we still were served, but were not allowed to sit inside . People still came until 7:45pm.The coffee and tea is a bit pricy, the cakes and pastries are well worth the price. Read more
