This jimmy johns can literally never follow simple instructions. I've gotten so many jacked up orders from them, not only that... but they can't even read delivery instructions half the time and don't remember condiments 8/10 times. Don't reccomend there'stwo more within a few miles choose one of those over this trash hole. Read more

We ordered 12 sandwiches and 12 chips for our meeting. When it got delivered the delivery person said that they only have... Jalapeno chips. This is not good. Not everybody likes spicy food. I wanted to talk to the Manager but no one was picking upthe phone. This is the first time in a long time I had placed an order because of the pandemic and we are still working fromhome. Ran out of bread at 6:30 pm! I used to work at jimmy johns years ago and our store in downtown never ran out of bread and we... were open until 3 am on the weekends. Very disappointed. Read more

For the first time I tried your Irvine location. I asked for the $6 deal. She asked me what kind of sandwich and I replied tuna.... She asked about drink and chips. When my order was ready it was $11.26. I said I ordered the $6 deal. She says that sandwichdoesn't come with that deal. What the heck? What if I only had $6? Bad customer service. I was in the area for an appointment and decided to try this place, so I did a quick pick-up order to bring home. I ordered a... #12 Beach Club with no tomato, which is supposed to be turkey, provolone, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, and mayo. What didI actually get in my sandwich? No turkey, no avocado spread--the things that make the Beach Club the Beach Club. I got alettuce, cucumber, and cheese sandwich. Where is the sandwich I paid for? Certainly not here. I know inflation is rough oneveryone but it can't be this bad! Ultimately disappointing. If they can't even make the basics of a sandwich right, I see nopoint in going back. Waste of time and money.
