I've been to this Jersey Mikes many times, but today witnessed an embarrassing moment. While in line I watched a woman arrive to... pick up her order. Upon being handed her order and noticing it was not the size she ordered, but bigger, one member of the staffasked for the sandwich back and made her wait for them to make another. She asked if she could have the sandwich as it is whatshe ordered, but in a larger size, but the employee said no. She became upset, and the employee seemed to not care at all aboutthe inconvenience. All others behind the counter stared in silence and did not speak up. Myself and one other in line asked whythe sandwich was not handed over given the mistake, and those behind the counter not involved gave some nervous laughter andsaid they don't know why the one who took the sandwich away from the woman did what he did. Having worked in customer servicebefore, I know that when you mess up, you make it right. This is not how this event should have been handled. Truly embarrassingto witness. Read more

Came here during my lunch and asked for a #13 with roast beef instead of ham. I even offered to pay for the extra meat charge. I... was told by the manager that they dont do that here even though I've had it done this way in the past. He also stated that theywould get in trouble for doing a meat substitution. If this is the case I am very disappointed the owners won't allow a simplemeat substition. I've never had anyone say no in all the jersey Mike's I've been to. Read more

I?ve always been a subway guy , wanted to try something different. I ordered the medium ?grand kahuna? which was filling , lot... of meat and cheese . I did notice there was abnormal amount of jalapeños , hey it?s ok we can always remove the excess :/). You can tell the bread is fresh and tastes great . First visit to a Jersey Mike's and already off to a bad start. Waited patiently in line with everyone else and ordered a tub.... Paid. Then I watched sandwich after sandwich cranked out as I'm standing at the counter almost directly in front of the registerand the cashier. This went on for several minutes and nobody bothered to ask me what I was waiting for. I finally asked somebodybehind the counter where my order was and their excuse was they must have "given it to someone else." Well no you didn't give itto someone else, I was watching every order being made and there were no other tubs. Just admit you forgot my order, geez. Thenhe had the nerve to ask me if I had already paid when I had a soda in my hand that only the cashier can give you a cup for. Whata bunch of absent minded idiots that work here!
