Worst Jack in the box, they got my husband's order wrong he was told we should park in the front, we waited 10 min nothing he... went inside was told a worker had already gone out to give it to him, so why don't we have it? Then I tell him they owe us whatwe paid for it's now been 15 min. The manager smirks and laughs & I told him why are u laughing this is supposed to be fast foodNot such a big ordeal! He said I'm laughing because I wanna cry. & instead of helping he went into the back office didn't helphis staff which 1 was a employee while 2 were training. This place near great park was our last minute savior. We got late waiting for great park balloon only to realize most... restaurants were closed. At 9:30 we reached here and they are closed for dine in. They have drive thru open till midnight, sotook chicken combos (home style club chicken ranch and spicy one). I give this location 5 stars and that's not only bc they do their Jack food right, but they have THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!... Seriously the employees are Ultra nice and accommodating and they truly make you feel like a valued customer. Having all of thisjust at fast food seems a little implausible but it's absolutely true!! I'm 81 yrs old and Jack still has my favorite after all these years...Chicken Fahita Pita and onion rings and a great big coke.... Sometimes you gotta get that favorite when the mood strikes, and I can count on it still being available. Thanks Jack! Read more
