Love the food! [Update 8/6/2022] Went there for lunch and were seated promptly, as always. Both my wife and my son ordered their... favorite fish tacos and I ordered the Beachside bowl. It has fresh grilled pineapple, red bell peppers, snow peas, waterchestnuts, red onion, broccoli & diced scallions. And it?s served over white rice. And I like that you can get both, theteriyaki or hoisin sauce on the side. You can order it with grilled chicken but I got the grilled fish, which is my favorite.And I had a strawberry lemonade and the refills kept on coming. Our waiter was on top of that. The first time I came to California someone took me to this place and I was blown away. The burst of flavors, unlimited fries,... beefy burgers and fat chicken sandwiches. But now? check out their chicken sandwich, the Huli Huli Crisp. More pineapple thanchicken, more bread than chicken, more lettuce than chicken, almost more cheese than chicken. Chick-fil-A has better chickensandwiches than this. Heck, McDonald?s 2 for $3.50 McChickens have more chicken than this. This is basically a deep fried singleslice deli cold cut. This is wiener schnitzel on bread. This is a disappointment. I love Islands? fries but if you?re going foranything other than apps and drinks, don?t bother. Read more

I am a vegetarian and wasn't very fond of burgers in the US until I found this place. I absolutely love their veggie Hawaiian... burger which has pineapple slices and teriyaki sauce. Read more
First time at this Islands and upon being seated the table was not clean. Burgers were tasty, asked for medium well and was... definitely well done. Truffle fries weren't that great, tasted a bit stale to be honest. And literally had to ask multipletimes for napkins. Read more
I enjoyed eating lunch here with some family while visiting from Colorado. The tortilla soup and bottomless fries were good, but... my burger was perfectly cooked and absolutley smashing ???? The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly, we needthese back home! Read more
Right when I sat, I waited forever. The waiter took forever when he did come he was in a bad mood and had bad energy you could... tell he didn?t want to be there. He gave me a ton of attitude. Right when I ordered a drink, for some reason a manager broughtit and it came with a HAIR planted in the drink, like obviously done on purpose. We told them and they brought a new new one ithad no alcohol in it (I had so many cocktails in my life and I am telling you this had zero alcohol inside) it was a smoothie!And I ordered a cocktail.
