Cookies here are kind of overrated not gonna lie. Got the chocolate chip chunk, peanut butter crisp and the vegan cinnamon roll.... The chocolate chip chunk cookie tasted alright. Had a weird aftertaste. The peanut butter cookie was good. It was missingsomething on that cookie. Finally, the vegan cinnamon roll was surprisingly the best one. I personally am not too big a fan of the current trend of large, underbaked fudgy style cookies.Insomnia makes cookies that are ?crispy? on the outside and gooey in the center. The overall store is pretty bare, butgenerally clean. The employee helping us was okay and was patient with us as we were picking which cookies we wanted. For astore that advertises in their name that they are open for late night business, a good quarter of their menu was not in stock at11:00 pm. What flabbergasted me was that they tried to sell us their last oatmeal cookie, which was broken, for full price. Atthat point, I did not even want to be offered it. With their premium pricing and their specialization in one type of food, I wasalmost offended that they would offer a subpar damaged product for me to purchase, as if it was an amazing opportunity for me toget this item. This ain?t no Daytona or Birkin and the fact they had the gall to do that almost made me want to leave. With thatsaid, this review is still much more focused on the food, but expect subpar service here. Sugar Cookie: 3/5 When I inquiredwhat cookie I should get, the two employees behind the register quickly answered Sugar. The sugar cookie was very basic anddidn?t taste special in any way. With that said, there is a pronounced lack of artificial flavor that you might find instore-bought cookies or pre-made cookie doughs. The edges were ever so slightly crisp and the center moist. You can?t expect toomuch from a sugar cookie, but being priced the way they were, I was expecting something with a bit more finesse. Overall, morewholesome than most, but falls flat. The cookies are unbelievably soft and delicious. The ice cream flavors are incredibly amazing. I got the white chocolate... macadamia nut cookie and classic with m&m?s with coffee ice cream. Thoroughly enjoyed it, it wasn?t very sugary and didn?t hitme in the face. Read more

There are outdoor seating options available throughout the center, and parking is also free/available in theshared lot. Credit cards are accepted. For those making an ice cream cookie sandwich, you can pick two different kinds ofcookies (the white chocolate macadamia nut is a good option) and pick the ice cream flavor. The employee working thererecommended the coffee and the cookies & cream. They?ll include a little box for your sandwich upon request if you?re planningon taking it elsewhere. Wednesday, November 8 I placed an order through DoorDash for a six pack deluxe cookies @ the Irvine campus... location. Unfortunately, the order came out wrong. I contacted insomnia cookies directly spoke with Tyler the manager, He wasabsolutely amazing. He remade our order and had his delivery people drop it off at our home. What a wonderful serviceconsidering that it was almost 12:00 AM. So I had to stay up and wait, but it was mighty kind of Tyler to redo our order andhave it delivered 2 us !! You guys are the best!!
