I've been to House of kabob many times. Their food is usually good but the waitress that served me was very rude and uneducated... about serving a customer. She never said hi or thank you or never checked up on me to see if I needed anything. She put the menuon the table and stared at me. Didn't say a word when she put the check on the table, and never said thank you or anything whenI paid. I was truly amazed at how this person could be hired to do this job. Read more

We had a group of five, dining inside, to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had the whole place to ourselves. So service, was... awesome! Attentive. Restaurant was clean. The food.... omg soooo good. We shared Naan with hummus and a Persian salad as anappetizer. The hummus is house made, and delicious, and the lemon dressing on the salad so zesty and fresh.. Loved each bite oftomato,, cucumber and basil. We ordered beef koobideh wraps, chicken koobideh with saffron rice, and chicken kabob plate.Everything cooked well, and absolutely delicious. We will definitely return. Read more

This order was disappointing and caused frustration to our group of nurses. First it was ordered as individual meals but it... came out on catering trays so it had to be separated out and divvied out amongst staff on different areas of the hospital.Secondly, humus was ordered with a request of extra pita and absolutely no pita was delivered. Additionally there should havebeen 6 servings of salad however only 3 given and Ily 1/2 of the regular rice amount was given as well. And utensils wereordered however none were given. However the most frustrating part of the order was not the multiple mistakes, it was how themanager/owner dealt with our phone call. She insisted that catering style is done on the weekends for every order despiterequests to serve individually. She blamed the DoorDasher For not delivering any pita and then asked "what can I do for youregarding the order" I asked for at least the humus to be taken off the over $200 bill and she refused Again blaming DoorDash. She was unwilling to make any concessions or even to say the words " I am sorry for the mistakes/confusion". I orderapproximately $200 worth of food from this restaurant every week and the lack of customer service or even basic manners fromthis restaurant/manager was disappointing enough to never order from Them again. Brought home our food and noticed the salad was missing. Called the restaurant and after they thoroughly investigated my order... they told me you ordered 1 salad. I said It wasn?t included. She said ?we forgot to include it?. I said that?s it! she said youcan come and pick it up. $6/ gallon gas and 30 minutes drive my food would be cold. Not a sorry, nothing!!! Read more
