If you are a hello kitty fan, it is worth the two month wait for tea (yes, we waited 2 months). It is a base price of $60 a... person and you chose your drink (hot tea, cold tea, lemonades and juices). The food is already built into the price. Theyprovide three plates with various appetizers (but it is a lot of food) and let you enjoy. The services was great. Our serverquickly explained the procedure and had our drinks out in a few minutes. The food was out shortly after. After paying the bill(18% gratuity is added) they provide lemon jello desserts. Loved this experience! I'm a huge fan of theme cafes and this takes the cake! I had some dole whip and it's pretty comparable to... the one in Hawaii as my friend said. I went to the bar as well and shout out to Sammy and Patrick! Amazing energies that Icouldn't get enough of! Sammy answered all my questions and made sure the service was top notch while Patrick made the drinks toperfection with enthusiasm! It's so picturesque and unfortunately I didn't get to do the afternoon tea but one day!! Such a cute experience. We booked a reservation for the Bow Room for our anniversary and it was incredible. The food provided... was really tasty and very filling. My favorite was the macaroon, it wasn't too sweet and it was very soft. I definitelyrecommend to anyone that is into Hello Kitty because all the deserts are Hello Kitty theme. This was a super cute cafe! My bf and I came for the drinks at night. Reservation online was fairly easy. The desserts and... drinks were super cute. The chocolate cake was really delicious. The blueberry pie was also tasty but not that special; it waskinda like a pop tart. Next time I?ll come to try the afternoon tea! Read more
This was our 1st time at the Hello Kitty Cafe. The line wasnt bad at all. The birthday and chocolate cakes were good. The... cinnamon and cookies & creme donuts were much better though! We bought some of the mugs too, couldn't resist all the cuteness!! Read more
This stuff is generally expensive, and the pastry itself (I got the pumpkin tart) was mediocre at best, unfortunately (the shell... was too hard to bite into with an expected amount of force, and the whipped top was okay). However, the hot chocolate was onpar with a Starbucks drink in terms of price and quality to me. Try it once to say you've done it, then only go back if you'rereally in the mood. Such a cute birthday date! I came with my partner and we got reservations a few weeks earlier. Good: Everything is so cute and... well decorated! I loved how we got hello kittty tea cups and desserts. It?s a ton of food too so it is very worth the pricetag. I thought the little croissant sandwiches were great and the scones were tasty too. What a great experience. The bow room is beautiful! Any Hello Kitty lover will be so happy coming here for tea or a cocktail.... The servers were wonderful, friendly and very attentive. I cannot wait to go back. Family friendly. Small room, but not crowded.You are on a time limit, but it was not rushed, you have enough time to order and enjoy your items. The cafe has a nice cleanrestroom. The parking at the shopping mall is free but gets very full and busy. Get there early. Read more
