Gong Cha is a large global boba tea shop that has several locations across the US. Stopped by this particular location in... Irvine the other night due to easy access to the I-5 during a road trip... we were thirsty. We like getting drinks from GongCha due to the ability to customize the ice and sweetness level. More importantly, there is consistency in the taste no matterwhich chain you visit. This particular location is barer than the typical Gong Cha chain store, but the service is still topnotch. Parking was easy as the shop is located in a strip mall. Read more
First time here, the attentiveness of the staff is amazing. I assume they manage at most 3 tables at a time and constantly... moving to make sure their tables are covered, cooked well, and most of all not burnt. A very good first time experience.
