Horrible rude service! I would not recommend that anyone goes to this location if you do not want to get ripped off. Our Pollo... bowls were literally only half full, the chicken looked like it was shredded, and not flame broiled and even then, there wasonly a minuscule amount of chicken. When we expressed these concerns, we were met with defensive unfriendly service. I have beento many El Pollo restaurants and have been a regular patron for decades. July 22, 2022 - Unfortunately, their salad tostada is not as they advertised (as picture), the amount of salad was half, usually... I get enough but this time, here it was not enough and not worth it. If I go back there, I will take a picture from theirtostada and upload it to see the differences. Read more
Being that the food quality is the virtually the same at all locations, reviews should include the service. Extremely RUDE... hispanic Mexicans at this location. I ordered with the El Pollo app, and my order was ready when I arrived. The food was cooked well and tasted as I expected. ... They were also generous with the salsas, which is appreciated, and the lady at the register was very nice. Read more
the wait on the front counter was extremely long which i realized way too late and should've just gone through the drive thru.... although, the quality and portion size of the $5 burrito meal made up for it. it seemed as though the beans, rice and chickenwere made fresh specifically for the burrito. i'd return to this location but probably stick to the drive thru next time. Heard and felt a crack, thought this cracked my tooth and almost cut the inside of my mouth and tongue by theway. Almost regretted eating there, should of picked Arby or McDonald.
