Ordered delivery and it got marked as delivered on the tracker thing but 40 mins after it was marked delivered there was still... no pizza. We tried to call the store and they just left it on an open line. I could hear the workers talking in the backgroundbut no one actually answered the phone. I could here another phone ring once then stop without anyone saying anything so it wasprobably the same thing they did to my call. My boyfriend went down to the store to see what was going on and he said he sawthem pick up the phone then hang it up multiple times. The girl working gave him an attitude when he asked for a refund and/orto have our order remade. HORRIBLE experience. Read more

I placed an order as a delivery online and put in my business name and adresses, added a tip and all. I show my order was... confirmed, yet I got no pizza. I looked outside and no one was outside. I call and aparrently this guy was the manager. Horriblecustomer service. I advised him my order was not delivered and he said it was scheduled as a carry out because they do notdeliver in my area. I googled the address and it was a 8 minute drive. I told him I got no notification or phone call. He toldme the driver was there and was calling me. No call at all and he charged me for a delivery fee and my pizza was cold, 1 1/2hours later. I called 3x to which I finally saw the driver pull up on the street and greet my outside. He told me he was sorryand not to be upset. I let him know was frustrated at him but his lack of management support and poor customer service. Hementioned he has delivered here before and the irony of that comment was that we had Dominoes delivered here 2 weeks ago.Unfortunately I didn't get this managers name. Ordered pizza on 8/20/22 at 12:30am. Whichever guy was working that shift definitely had no clue how to take instructions or... read a simple online order. I had two medium pizzas. One of them with chicken and other with steak. Well one came without anychicken and other had steak on two slices only. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I have contacted Dominos customer care team but Iam more upset with this employee who clearly couldn?t care less about his job or customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. Read more
