Just about every del Taco around here I go to they charge you more than what is listed on the drive-thru or the inside menu.... This happens on many of the items. To me this is fraud. I mentioned it to one of the employees and he said it's not my problemit's corporate. Nice way to nickel and dime your customers, it's a deceitful way to charge more. The prices have doubled inrecent times, and the portions are smaller and smaller every day. Read more
We recently went there and had 2 bad experiences. 1st time the order got messed up twice. When we asked for the managers name .... He said it's none of our business. Very bad customer service. We called corporate about. She said someone will.call back yet noone has. Plus I went to that location with a brand new debit card and a employee at the drive through had a card reader andhacked my debit card info. Lucky it was a 2nd account I hardly use. Im never really picky about my fast food but this was a bit too much, the tortilla was also super old tasting like this was made... an hour before and then reheated and given to me. Horrible customer service. Waited in line for 5 minutes after work at 7am -705am, no one ever answered me sitting waiting in the... drive thru. Finally decided to leave after an employee was late to work and saw me sitting. Rolled around past the drive thru,worker standing there chilling. SMH one of the worse ever.
