Terrible customer service. I order led my pizza 45 minutes ahead of time and when I arrived they said it wasn?t ready and they... had to remake it because I took too long...??? Both the girl and the guy (maybe the manager) had a terrible attitude and didn?tseem to care that I had to sit there and wait even though I clearly ordered in advance because I was in a hurry. It seems likethe two employees do not enjoy their job, they seemed miserable. On a Wednesday evening at 7pm working the phone order window. Iwalked to my car to put away my groceries and when I came back they demanded I show the receipt for the 3rd time in literally 3minutes and made me walk back to my car to get it. I just think this was a little extreme and I would never want someone totreat my customers that way. Hopefully this message will inspire some change in behavior because I do love shopping at Costco. Consistent with most other costcos. Outside seating and ordering this is one of the more busy costcos so keep that in mind

Called in my pizza order and got quoted a wait time of 30 minutes. I get there 30 minutes later and pay. I check the window for... pickup. "Your pizzas are in the oven, it should be ready in 8 minutes". I come back 10 minutes later. "Your pizzas are not inthe oven, it should be ready in 8 minutes". This was a rage inducing experience. Unfriendly staff. Cashier. Dont like customers from asia or out of towners.this i saw last saturday took 20 minutes to get 10... dollar refund. Dont go costco. High prices water. Inrather go walmart or target. Dont go to tustin costco.next to irvinespectrum. Read more
