This place is really bad. Last week we went at 9:40pm and they didn't serve us saying we are closed. Whole the sign said 10pm.... Today we went and ordered one of the signatures ice creams and the person didn't know about it. I asked for two kids sized orders. I received two kids sized orders. I was charged for two "like it" sized orders. When I asked... is this the kids size price, the lady behind the counter said yes. We reached at 9:52pm. Store closes at 10pm. After standing line, they said they are closing 3 minutes early at 9:57. We were in... line for 5 minutes. People in front of us were also upset. Ice cream was great and the person with glasses that served me was very nice. However, the other lady had the worst look and... tone even through the mask. Her energy would have made me leave had I not ordered ahead. I saw her not be polite to othercustomers and my only advice is that if you don't want to be at work don't go or take a quick break to regroup. Do that or get anon client facing job. Read more
Ordered a 6 inch strawberry ice cream cake for my son's birthday. After the celebration, my son enjoyed the cake and found a... hair. All the fun and enjoyment just evaporated. My son asked me if we should finish the cake. I decided to throw it away forthe sake of my son's health. I contacted Cold Stone about this event. It is been a week. No response. Not sure where the "small serving sizes" come from because every time i go it is taller than the cup and at times they put it in... the next size cup. I usually get the old Asian lady who is nice and sweet. They have a 10$ min on CCs and she just said toignore it. I will say this - Yes they could add more mix ins but my only issue i have is they do a poor job of mixingeverything. Ill just get ice cream then out of no where a brownie chunk. I think you will not want to revisit this store never again. You wont even feel satisfy to buy $10 an ice cream. Every time I... went this store, employees are new and seems like they are not even trained yet. Perhaps, either the store manager has problemor employee training program is very very no good! Their services are always low keys and seems do not want to work(sorry). Except for ice cream, whenever I order different size of cup, additional topping are the same amount even though Iordered either small or large. Which size is worthy to pay? I am afraid to write that there is no store manager who actuallycare and train their employees. I hope someone need to take care this store to provide better quality of services. Read more
