With their signature smooth and creamy cold stone... smashed ice cream treats, this location at the Spectrum did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and our ice cream was veryyummy. Awesome environment ... the staff and customers are relaxed and friendly (not stalker friendly, just pleasant). Food is... excellent. I've gone a couple times by myself and once on a date. My fella really liked it, too. I loved the artichokeappetizer! Read more
As a brand, I like Cold Stone. Maybe this location was just have my a bad night? They were sloppy. My ?mix in ? choice, peanut... butter, was slung around, with globs slung between their glass jars, and widely left behind on the ?cold stone?. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Cold Stone I?ve ever been to. I travel all around the country and when I go to new places I search... for a Cold Stone. This was the worst Cold Stone experience and the girl who seemed like the manager needs far more training. Iasked for a sample of the Pumpkin flavored ice cream because I?ve never tasted it before, she SERIOUSLY refused to allow me tosample it. That set the tone for this experience. I took a breathe and just ordered my usual Birthday Cake Remix because I?m notgoing to buy ice cream that I can?t sample especially when I can normally sample it EVERYWHERE ELSE in this country. Herattitude was so stiff with me. But though she seemed to perk up for the white customers?? yes?.. sadly she did. My ice cream wasmade so sloppy. I would slightly understand if I had done something to her but I seriously walked in and said ?Hello? andeverything. I was so frustrated that I wanted to give her a piece of my mind but no I took a deep breath and walked out with thesloppy mess that resembled her attitude. I didn?t get her name but I believe she was the manager (white woman) working onSeptember 15th, 2022 at around 8pm.
