This place needs to get management together.. the burritos are half the size of a normal Chiplote and bowls are also. Chips are... also stale on top of that. Must be because if supply and demand because they are really the only chiplote for miles so they feellike they can get away with giving the smallest burritos I?ve ever seen. I?ve unfortunately had to eat at this location over 10times because its the closest one to me and everytime they are getting smaller and smaller. Bad service, bad vibes, food was surprisingly bad. Got the chicken burrito. Staff were rude, too. There are more choices for... food elsewhere in UTC, just avoid this. The burritos in the pheonix foocourt near Aldrich Park is better and the the staff areless rude. Food was nevertheless edible, so 2 stars. Read more

Chipotle's vegetarian food items are contaminated with meat! Found meat in queso blanco sauce. They returned it but they were... least bothered about the mistake. Their veggies sits next to the meat and gets the meat droppings... what a shame. Such a bigcompany and every store has the same issue. Read more
Employee at this place is terrible at their job. I rarely get my burrito roled tight enough and missing items multiple times for... mobile orders. The thing is, when i report missing items, instead of refund me, they gave me a coupon on the item and the timeis limited. I love Chipotle food but everything else sucks Read more
Tried Chipotle for the first time on 5/20 and my friend mobile ordered for me with her stuff. I ordered a burrito bowl but what... I got was a 99% empty bowl with scraps of lettuce (maybe 20 strips total?), 25 grains of rice, and a few pieces of chicken.Didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl all the way but still paid full price. Pretty good store. It gets crowded very easily (especially during the evenings) which makes it difficult for people with... wheelchairs to access the store in a comfortable manner. Food is very good. Each time I order (always online through theChipotle app) I get very large servings; I usually have to spread out one entree over two meals or so. Sometimes they mess uporders, or people take pickup bags that aren't theirs, but the staff is very good at helping out. They remake your order ifsomeone has stolen yours or if you received the wrong order. The workers seem to be very busy so I understand if they messthings up sometimes. The last time I went, there was only one person on the pickup conveyor fulfilling online orders. Overall apretty good store. Read more
