Food is tasty as usual. 3 stars is for the consistently sparse servings of the chosen protein. This evening I ordered burrito... bowl with chicken. The serving of chicken was evening less than usual. I asked the server if that was 4 ounces of chicken (theserving size Chipotle states on their website), and his response was "more or less." Such a cavalier response was irritating,but I didn't belabor the issue. As others have noted, I don't order online because the protein portions are always skimpy. I useto eat at Chipotle frequently, but now maybe once a month. There are other nearby options for the same price that provide betterservice and ample portions. Read more

My bowl could hardly be described as a burrito bowl. It was guacamole with a side of bowl. My bowl was drowning in guacamole... which could have been avoided had they actually layered the bottom of the bowl with rice. But that was not the case it had to beonly a half a scoop of rice. I?m addicted to chipotle burritos/bowl. It?s not possible, I can avoid it for a long. This chain is one of my fav places with... serves spicy yet healthy food. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrific. The lady that works here Alyssa is very rude. She has no... clue how to make tacos. She asked me what I wanted in them and she over stuffed them with so much sauce that it looked like asalad. They were leaking through the foil and made a mess at the table. And on the salads she hardly put anything. I couldn'tagree more with the other reviewer's as it seems like it's the same complaints. Still they don't get it.
