Just came in to access Amazon locker for pick up at 8:04pm. The sign says 24 hrs/7 days & dining room open till 8pm. Locker is... not located in dining area, it's at the entrance. The MOD wouldn't let me get my package nor would he hand it to me. He could'vebeen helpful like Macdonald's who allowed me in to use bathroom despite dining room and drive thru closing 15mins after. Food was great, the hand breaded chicken tenders & sandwiches where awesome. Some of the best fast food chicken I've had in a... long time. Cashier and manager where complete idiots, couldn't take my order correctly, didn't know how to run a coupon. Justlooked confused at normal tasks. A great version of Carl's Jr. As expected, but really friendly staff and hot fresh food. Overall very good. I'm impressed that... they all wore masks with no seemingly dissatisfied workers. Great job! Read more
4.5 star experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food after they replaced the fries with fresh ones) was... tasty. Prices are going up and with that, I expect to get value for my money. I don't expect to wait over 6 minutes for mycounter ordered food when drive thru is waiting no more than 2. I also do not expect to have to request fresh fries when theones originally placed in my bag are suffering from having sat. Fix the menu board! If you must have digital, make sure thescreen functions. Or find a different way to offer the menu while it is broken. Fix the drink machines. One was out of orderand the other had a light bulb going out. Ditto for the strobe light bulb in the ladies room. Ask your customers what sizecombo they would like, and be sure to greet them when they enter if you are not actively another customer's order. Smallgestures make big impacts on if people spend their money with you. Everything was clean. It felt good to eat in a cleanrestaurant. Read more
