Staff is not properly trained on the registers it took 3 different employees to punch it in on the register and then when the... order came out it was wrong so had to wait in a store that was moderately busy in the heart of lunch rush I was left waitingwhile the rest of my party was eating. Awful service! I have been to this Carls Jr. only a few times and they always try to charge me extra for lettuce since I dont... want the lettuce on my burger (but kindly ask for the lettuce on the side) even though the burger includes lettuce. Also, theyare very rude and condescending and I am always worried they are going to poison my food. They need new management and bettertraining.
