Worst manager here! Rosalva! Very rude!! She keeps giving me hard time and attitude when I go there to get hot water! It?s just... sad how small some people?s world are, and such a pity that some poor employees who work here should tolerate her sickbehavior? I will definitely report this to the head office. Everytime I use the mobile order feature through the app the staff here either give me a blank stare, get it wrong, or (like... today) accuse me of trying to steal saying my order was already picked up and i cant get "free food". The reality was they gavemy order to the wrong person and took it out on me before they realized their mistake. Not to mention that a burger combo and 3tenders is $20+. Unreal! Read more

This location is supposed to open at 6am. I pull up at 6 and no one is working inside or they don't take orders. A guy behind me... and myself went to Del Taco because one cashier refused to take any orders. Absolutely horrible customer service. Read more
Here at 4th of July the sign says open. There are employees inside, but they are not taking the orders!!!! I guess they didn't... want to work today, but they were forced. I waited 5 minutes at mic no answer. went to the front doors locked. Two people therebut they just ignore you. got something from Del Taco next door. My husband and I got food here since we were out for most of the day and completely exhausted. That was a mistake. First of all,... the order was wrong so we told them the mistake. They fixed it, they still overcharged us, but fixed it. Second of all, theygave us THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN while we were the only customers there. They gave us a cheesecake instead of the usual combo offries. How badly do you have to do your job while it was slow to mess up a simple order? Third of all, the portion size was sosmall but don't worry! The food was so disgusting, that you'll lose your appetite! Just don't go to this location, go somewhereelse. The restaurant is clean employees were nice and friendly. The menu prices for versus the price at the register do not match,... which is a violation under California's shelf tag law. My zucchini was undercooked as was my burger. I asked for my slice ofonions to be grilled not receive diced onions did not taste fresh henceforth I was charged an additional fee for "diced" onionsto which I did not request. After bringing this to the attention I was only offered $0.30 back for my nasty diced onions ???? Read more
The guys closing tonight were the best! The guy on drive through was SO nice and the rest of the guys were so helpful. I had the... worst day at work (food service lol), but our experience was so awesome it really made our day. And the food is perfect! Thanksguys! Read more
