Thin crust pizza dough was tough and hard to cut. But the service was good.
My fourth time here now and four times I'm not being helped properly waiting forever to try to get some bread which never comes... and the servers are standing around talking and laughing with each other instead of helping you..... Definite disappointment for my last super small pizza order. For such price I expected at least 16 inch size pizza. Also, I... expect more quality food and service standards. The only good thing about this place is the pizza was edible. Lastly I thinkthey don’t really show respect and give value for pickup order customers as they do for dine-in customers. Read more

First time at this California Pizza Kitchen location and I enjoyed every second of it. The staff here are very professional,... friendly, and informative with everything that's on their menu. We arrived during the weekday lunch rush, and they were quick in seating us. I ordered the 7" BBQ Chicken Pizza and... Mediterranean Salad lunch combo, and it was delicious! (Well, I only had half of each, and I took the rest to go.) The staffwere kind, the bathrooms were clean, and overall, the experience was fantastic! One thing for those with sound sensitivites tonote is that because this location is in the Irvine Spectrum, families with little children dine here too, so I'd suggestwearing headphones to mask the noise those little ones make. It’s the first time I am doing a review since the pandemic started. We came here on a Wednesday afternoon to grab late lunch.... But even at 2:30 PM, the restaurant was about 1/3 full.
