The tall bald guy is never nice. I know nobody wants to work so you get what you get, but this guy should definitely not be the... face of customer service for Taco Bell. I?ve had so many bad experiences with him that I?ve decided to start adding to this postwith new experiences I have with him. A few weeks ago I ordered a taco with no lettuce. He handed me my taco & it was covered inlettuce. I let him know that I had ordered it with no lettuce & when he handed me the correct taco he said, ?you?re not keepingthe other one, hand it over?. Like I was trying to scam him out of a taco. 8/06/22- Today he was doing breakfast drive thru, &like usual had zero customer service skills..including taking our card & handing us our food without saying a word. 9/10/22-Today we tried to be friendly by saying hello to him when we got to the window. He literally just reached out for the card &then gave us our food without a word. My boyfriend said, ?have a nice day? to see if he would reply & he just shut thewindow?..maybe next time ??????? 11/27/22 Giving Taco Bell another try ?. Order Cravings Box and ask for no lettuce on chalupaor taco. Girl marks ?no lettuce under chalupa, but not under taco. Me: ?Can you please do no lettuce on the taco as well?? Wanted to quickly eat in the restaurant but was not open. Drive thru only. Taco Bell is not friendly while driving.
Ya know?.. I don?t know if there is a straw shortage or what but the past few times I?ve been there they hand me my drinks and... the bag or boxes and give me no freaking straws. I always just assume they put them in the bag. But nope. Never had this problembefore. I don?t wanna give a horrible review cuz I have yet to have an awful experience. But GIVE ME MY DAMN STRAWS! Except for just one time I think they might've stopped serving breakfast by the time I got there, I've always gotten what I'm... looking for here. Is the food 5-star amazing? No, it's Taco Bell. The older male bald guy, the manager I believe, working the drive through was so rude I cant even believe he chooses a "career"... in customer service. I simply asked a question regarding making a meal out of one of the 3 tacos i ordered and he made me feeldumb for not knowing the menu off the top of my head. Very poor experience! Read more
They serve variations of a taco and have a great breakfast. One issue currently is I have no idea when they are open. They used... to have a nice big lit up sign in the window that let people know the drive thru was open but lately all the lights are alwaysoff after dark and there is absolutely no way to know if they are open at that point. People say they are open til 1am but Idon't know how anyone could know that by driving by the place. Not sure if that's the owners decision to keep it looking likeit's closed or the employees just turning everything off to pretend to be closed. Read more
Atmosphere and service were good but it mostly depends who serves you, some employees sometimes seem like they're either having... a bad day or just don't enjoy their job, and that's okay, I don't think many of us like our jobs. They've never been rude. Read more
