I went to the south side Subway this afternoon at lunch time, and there was only one employee working. She handled an online... order, a ringing phone, and my order very efficiently. She didn't rush through making my sandwiches, just worked at a good paceand made sure she was making them correctly. Very impressed, and our sandwiches were delicious too! Read more
Went there today, 4/25/2021, the first question i was asked was ''what kind of sub do you want?'' No customer service... whatsoever, which i shrugged off, what i couldn't shrug off was the associate working did make my sandwich correctly, howeverwhen she went to go cut it in half, she didn't close it before doing so, and kind of stuffed everything in there, which ithought was normal maybe some type of procedure swap, however, when i got home and opened up the wrapping around my sandwich.The whole insides of my sandwich fell out, and she didn't close the sandwich, wrapped it open, basically long story short if iwanted to eat it, i would have had to eat it like a hotdog. Went into this Subway and two girls were working. They ignored customers while talking. One was attempting to reach the... manager regarding the pop machine having a problem. Finally took order from person before us. While wearing gloves handled herpersonal phone and then touched customers food while wearing gloves. Customer left and my son and I waited while one girltalked on the phone to the manager and the other watched. They went behind wall and did not come back - we walked out. Worstservice ever!!!! I absolutely love this Subway. I literally eat here once a week. The bread is always fresh, and my sub always tastes fantastic.... I have never received a sandwich that was soggy or sloppy. The staff is always pleasent and eager to please. Often times, I callahead, and utilize the drive thru. It is very rare that a mistake is made. Read more
Can't seem to answer their phone. Called and called and called. It's not that hard to answer a phone.
