Went last night for dinner for my family of 3. It seems this restaurant is still short staffed from our last visit several... months ago. That being said, I appreciate being able to get a good hot meal that I didn't have to cook. We waited for about 10minutes to be seated for dine in as there was a bit of a traffic jam near the door. After we were seated our orders were taken.We waited a bit longer for our beverages than would be normal, but as I saw our server attending the counter to check out othercustomers I was not upset. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry and been one of the people working whileshort staffed I know first hand that granting a little grace can make a customer service person's day. Wow, my daughter and i had a great experience. we dined inside, and our food was hot and delicious! our waitress, Angel, was... absolutlely wonderful and had a great smile. would recomend to anyone. thanks 10/10!!! Read more

I have never had a bad order or anything go wrong! For being so short staffed they always do an absolutely amazing job and are... always really nice! Dine in is great and pick up is as well! I love a little too far away to get delivery. Read more
The smell of sewer coming from the bathrooms was so strong we could smell it at our table! One trip to the salad bar was almost... $5, and there was hardly anything on it. Pizza had very little toppings and almost no cheese. Don't waste your money or time. Read more
I was uncertain if I should write this review but after some thought I decided to in hopes other people won't waste their time... and money. It was my grandson's 8th birthday and he wanted pizza. I called this facility at 5:50pm to make sure their diningroom was open. My call was sent to a call center, I believe. I was hung up on twice. I was finally speaking with someone thatwas actually in the building. I asked him if their lobby was open. He told me to hold on while he shouted to someone to findout. He came back on the phone & said yes. We arrived at Pizza Hut at 6:05pm. We went into the door & as we went in a girlcame out the inside door. She very snotty & asked us if we were going to eat in the dining room and I told her yes. She saidthat she was closing the dining room I told her it was posted on the door that they were open until 8pm. Also told her that Ijust called 10 minutes ago. So I asked her if she wanted us to leave and she began yelling at me that she was the only one thereto wait on customers and make pizza, and as the manager she can close it when she wanted to. She was so rude and snotty that ifI owned that place she would have been fired immediately. Nothing but disrespect! Needless to say we did not get pizza lastnight but we enjoyed a meal at Culver's!! Amazing quality wings were drenched in hot sauce (we love that) people were very nice to us and understood our allergies (Dairy,... strawberries). Bathrooms were very clean, and people kept asking if we needed anything. For all the workers we thank you! Read more
I wish you did not have to give stars this place is a joke. Ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered waited 2 hours. Called and sat on... hold for 20 minutes waiting for answers. Ended up driving up their food was delivered to the wrong address. The manager refusedto refund me my money & stated they could not remake the food cause they were out of everything. I requested the generalmanagers number which they refused told me to come back in the morning. Work experience I?ve ever had if you can?t do your jobclose down & let the local pizza places do it. I will never buy anything from this establishment again. Walked into the storehoping to get some assistance just to see All the employees standing there completely passing me by.
