Excellent staff and food is amazing!

The food is great, the people, no issues. The contact they offer through phone, terrible! You call during business hours and... you get a recording to call during business hours, or the other method which I'm convinced us just a way for them to ignore thephones. How long can a business have the same phone issue, 1 year? The app is great if I want to pay with a card but I prefer topay in person so app is 100% useless if I want to pre-order. And some app prices do not reflect prices in store either. Read more

I always enjoy papa Murphy's but this time I was extremely disappointed not in the food but in the staff. I placed an online... order while I was nearby and parked outside to take care of some things on my phone and kept glancing inside and not seeinganyone making my order. So after about 15 minutes I decided to go in and I just hear a couple people messing around in the back.One comes up front and I tell them I placed an order a bit ago online and she sees it's still sitting on the printer. Theninstead of both of them making the order only one does so it takes even longer. Needless to say this is not acceptable. What'sthe point of ordering ahead online if people are too busy messing around and having fun in the back to see that an order camein. Only reason for 3 stars is that the food is good. Read more

I got too pizza today cooked them up and it was the worst tasting pizza I ever had the dough was old did not cook up right, I... will not ever get a pizza from this place again, I do not know what happen but it was awful!!!!!! Read more

Pizza was ok, pepperoni was scarce. The service had alot to be desired. The employees never once cracked a smile and only spoke... when they had too. Will I go back there? Probably not!! Maybe they go to school to learn how to be kind. Read more

The pizzas are really good. I do wish they had a BBQ pizza though. I love the desserts. The staff are really friendly and nice... and will gladly make whatever you want without showing judgement Read more
