I don't know why I try going back after dinner hours...the night crew is always completely useless. I ordered 40 nuggets,... received 20. Drove back to get the rest of the nuggets to feed my family and not even the slightest apology. I told myself lastyear when I tried this I would never try again, yet here we are...745 PM and got half my order of ice cold nuggets. THANKS NIGHTCREW! Read more
We went there for our school fundraiser. I think it's great that McDonald's does that. My 8 year old thought it was neat to see... some of the teachers and staff working at McDonald's. Read more
Fries are always cold, food is never made well, it's a 50/50 chance they will mess up your order
The employees are just your average 14-16 year olds. Talk back, rude attitude, and just stare at you while you?re eating in the... lobby? I was here like two days ago and this kid named ?Anthony? he helped us sweet kid and very unusual human but he juststared at my friend and I the whole time we ate the food. We looked at him and said ?hi? then he did a weird dance move thenboogied his way in the restroom? so that made us uncomfortable. The food was just it taste very old, stale fries, nuggets werecold, the drink was not what I asked for. We were double charged a couple months ago & the district manager was there. He refused to give us a refund & said he could only... write us down for a fee value meal (which is less that the price we were overcharged). We had forgotten about the free meal &went back today to see if we could get it. Carissa was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, helpful and made things right. Sheeven apologized more than once that we had a bad experience a couple months ago (the district manager didn?t say sorry once whenthey messed up). I?m giving a 5 star today because of the wonderful service we received from Carissa. Read more
Wow I never leave reviews but this was horrible. Ordered my food, gave guy my money then he said his shift was up so i had to... wait to get change. Ate half cold food. Went back up to get a slushy, no one was at register, waited 10 minutes, yelled forsomeone to come up. Manager came up grabbed my money aggressively.
