This evening I ordered Domino's the same as I usually do. This evening though, was completely different. Tonight I ordered and... waited watching the online tracker go from prepping to baking to Quality check as it said on quality check for almost an hour asit took quite a long time to even get to Quality check it became to the point of being ridiculous. I went to Domino's and ourorder had been sitting in that bag of theirs for about an hour they refunded the delivery charge $10 when I got home we open thebox and not surprisingly the pizza was kinda cold, and the sandwich the pepperoni on it was so dry it literally crumbled intolittle pieces it was the definition of dry. We also ordered wings which were thrown together and just squirted with barbecuesauce nothing close to there picture. With the level of care that was put into our order I literally feel insulted. I understandthings get busy and people aren't always trained the best, but I also know the difference between someone trying to do their joband someone just trying to smush stuff together and get it out the door. Now we take it back cashier he asked what is wrong withit after telling him he crumbled the my receipt and sarcastically said I'll be refunded. We ordered 2 pizzas online and I picked them at the Drive through. Both pizzas were Raw! Not cooked enough! We needed to cook... them in the oven for another 15 minutes! This is unacceptable Service! The district manager reached out and asked to make itright. I was sent a post Card for a free Pizza and bread sticks. Iam satisfied that the local business wanted to make itright! Good Job Heidi....! Put in an order online and they didn't state that they weren't open Mondays. Recently put in an order and they said they never... received it. Apparently this has happened to more than 3 people. Technology issues happen, but was left on hold for over 20 minsand no one answered. After the order was past the stated time, I went to the store itself. The store member said, and I quote,"Yeah, we're too busy to answer the phones." Note they did give a refund. Read more
The food isn't anything to write home about but it's edible. I have no idea what the actual hours are here due to the pandemic.... The delivery times are completely random. Last couple times I ordered for delivery it took about and hour and 40 minutes eventhough the email said 45 minutes. At least the staff is always friendly and usually will help resolve any issues. Never heardback about the insane delivery time though. Miss the real deep dish pizza. One more issue is when you order double a topping youdon't get double. I'm almost positive you get the same amount as if you ordered it with the regular amount. It's kind ofridiculous. Read more
I ordered a 2-topping pizza and bone-in wings. The pizza was good but the wings...a disaster. Not only were they rubbery, but... also had BURNT "balls" on most of them and their was a long strand of hair in one of the wings. This Domino's opened either in August or September of 2018 and I absolutely love it. It's right on a intersection of the main... road so you can't miss it. Another reason you can't miss it is because of how high the single Domino sign is, compared to everyother business in the area. What's nice is they have a carry out window, so if you are feeling lazy that day you don't even haveto leave the comfort of your own car. However, I recommend going inside the restaurant because the drive-thru can take awhile ifpeople's orders aren't done yet. Thee restaurant isn't lacking, with it's nice spacious dinning area that has a big LCD TV, abar seating area looking outside and and area where you can look at the works roll out the dough. The food is good, hot and donein a reasonable time and finally the customer service is fabulous! Read more
Called and placed an order because the app wasn't working. Showed up and half the order was forgotten about and we waited 30... minutes for it to be cooked. We didn't get a sorry or anything from the very rude staff. This was unacceptable!!! Read more
