Reviews for Contrast Coffee Co. in Iron Mountain, MI
Parking is rough, food is good, mocha is ok(would get it again). Beware of small and large with no medium. My bad, asked for... medium without looking at sizes. They have small(regular) or large. Read more
First timers and we were BLOWN AWAY .... by the food, the drinks, the staff, and the store itself. From the moment you walk in... you're greeted with a sense of calm, fresh, earthy, boho vibes. You can smell the fresh coffee that's been ground from thecustomers before you; the hammocks hanging in a few nooks create a fun feeling. We got the Magic Mocha latte which wasdeliciously soul soothing with almost a pumpkin spice to it! We also tried their Dirty Snowball which I personally devoured waytoo quickly; it was cool chocolate and peanut buttery swirl of yum! For food, we ordered the Quiche of the day- it was basicallya hearty slice meat lovers breakfast pie. The Berry White Crepe melted in your mouth with the blueberries and cheese dancing onyour palette! Pure heaven. Whoever designed and started this business is top notch! From the light slate blue color of thewalls, to the beautiful wood tables and the sprinkled in LIVE plants. I was calmed just from standing in the place waiting formy order. 5 Stars all around. Will be coming here many more times and will recommend to everyone. Wish there was one of these inOhio! I'd be there all the time. Drool! Read more
Moving into town from a big city, I can't tell you how happy we are to have a coffee shop like Contrast. Coffee and food are... great, staff is super friendly and the space is beautiful. Highly recommended. PLEASE go here before you hit Dunkin Donuts orwhatever other huge corporate chain enters this town. Read more
I would say contrast is pretty good - it's the only coffee shop worthwhile in iron mountain/Kingsford. The standard of coffee is... probably around a 6-7/10 and they often have some pretty crazy specialty coffees. Unfortunately, a lot of the specialty coffeeisn't very good. Food is pretty darn good... This place is good, but it really is missing something to meet that "great"standard in my opinion. Well worth it though - especially since they are there are no other good options Read more
This place is amazing. This is what a coffee shop should be. Great food, great staff and great coffee. Both the drip coffee and... the specialty drinks are amazing. Crepes are out of this world. Read more
What a beautiful specialty coffee shop! My family and I visited and after the first sip of my cinnamon honey latte, I wished we... were staying longer so I could come back! The Miner breakfast sandwich and strawberry crepes were delicious. My latte wasbeautiful and the best I've ever had. The batistas were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was phenomenal! Cozy chairs and aloveseat were so inviting for coffee and a book. The tables were a plenty and spaced so you could have a conversation withoutbeing on top of other customers. The outdoor seating area was also adorable. The early morning rain kept us from enjoying thatarea. Read more

Fantastic hot chocolate! Delicious scones and muffins. I plan to go back for some crepes! Comfortable seating of many options:... high table; regular table and snuggly sling chairs! There is background music at a volume that doesn't discourage conversation.Windows let in plenty of light that feed the lush plants. A peaceful place to spend some time. Read more
