Made an online order and wanted to try something new so I got The Activator blueberry + strawberry flavor. I arrived at the... store and tried it before I left and that flavor was not it at all! Made a terrible smoothie, didn?t fill it up, didn?t seal it, didn?t provide a straw. Delivered it completely melted, just a... runny goo. When I complained they started arguing with me and blaming Door Dash even though I ordered it through the SmoothieKing app. Then the manager failed to contact me even though the corporate office said they would. Just visited this location at around 750pm. They were cleaning up which is fine. My issue is when I ordered and was the only one... present for a few minutes before a crowd came in. After the young lady took my order, the young man was cleaning containers. Ihad to wait until she finished ringing up everyone behind me to get my order, but not before she blended the 2 guys after me.She gave them their order first. I questioned why this happened and got no answer????. Also I would advise to have your femaleemployees with long hair to pull their hair up. To have hair dangling can cause it to go into the recepticle which isunsanitary. Read more
