I understand we all have personal preferences and we all have our days, but honestly if you are looking for good food made by... happy folks find somewhere else. This food establishment has lost all class. The gentleman who started my order was a totalgrouch, didn't smile didn't welcome my business and really gave off an air that he wanted to be somewhere else. The nextgentleman was about the same and the cashier girl as well. I cannot stress how important customer service is. I would go as farto say you could serve average food with a beautiful attitude and people will come back more for the way they were treated thanfor the food! Read more

They have completely transitioned into a mobile order first place, so if you're planning on eating at Moe's just know that you... will be prioritized behind any mobile order and have to wait regardless if the restaurant is empty or not. Read more

Super cheap with the serving and the staff is super rude not customer service oriented. Also this location is super dirty no one... cleans the tables or takes the trash out literally couldnt evan dispose of my horrible meal once i was done. If you want aboritto with no meat and points of rice and beans on it you can come here. I'll drive the 20 min to the moes in forest acresthis one is trash. Read more

5 times better than my last visit. This time, there were several people (at least 4) behind the counter. Only one was doing most... of the work, maybe there was training happening but the one guy took your to go order and made the item with all the toppings,etc. Salsa station was clean and stocked. Floors are always dirty but kids crush chips and throw them so I give some slack. Read more

I came in for a birthday burrito and everyone was so friendly, they smiled and made sure I was taken care of. The manager had... such a great attitude and was very attentive. Everything tasted delicious! I will definitely be back at this location. Thankyou all for the great service. Read more

EDITED TO ADD: Updating my recent review due to the district manager, Corey, reaching out to me to resolve the issue and for me... to share my experience with him. He said he was having a one on one meeting with the manager, Tiffany, and addressing her lackof professionalism. I will return to this location in hopes that it will be great, as it always has been before my most recentvisit. I upped the stars rating for great food and for Corey contacting me very quickly. I am going to first start off bysaying I visit this location often and have always had a pleasant experience. Also, the food was great! Now the service andprofessionalism I received was absolutely appalling by 2 in particular staff members. I placed an online order at 10:45AM to beready by 1:15PM so my friend and I could eat when we arrived at the restaurant. We got there a few minutes after 1:15PM and itwasn't ready; no big deal, we are very understanding that things happen. When an employee noticed us waiting she asked if wewere there for an online order. I had replied yes, she asked for my name, and I then let her know Alyssa Stuart, it wasscheduled to be ready at 1:15PM. Another employee (a lady) hollered from across the front of the restaurant to the cashier,where we were, to say, "Can't you see that we are short staffed and if your online order isn't ready we are obviously busy." Iwas extremely surprised being that I didn't complain about my order not being ready and was not upset so I replied with, "Ididn't say anything about it not being ready, I'm not upset and I understand." Anyone would have thought that would have beenthe end of it, at least we thought so. We got our food and sat down. As soon as we sat down, the same employee that holleredover to us was telling another co-worker about the situation and how I didn't understand they were busy.
