Fast workers when you're in store but they can never answer the phone
You can never get an answer because the phone is usually off the hook. The other night we tried for over half an hour. When we... physically went to the location the staff said the kitchen had closed and to order elsewhere. You can't get real KFC chickenanyways. Support local owned businesses instead. I would give zero stars but the least amount you can give is one star topost. Read more

I had one of the worst customer experience with a staff at this store in Iqaluit yesterday - Dec 4, 2020. This middle aged man ... at the counter was very rude and full of prejudice. I will never in my lifetime set a foot at this store again even though theyare the only KFC and Pizza hut in town. I called the phone line about 7x to place an order for pick up but I kept receiving userbusy signal. Initially thought it was my phone but I was able to call the cab and other numbers. Finally, I decided to order instore on my way to the airport. When I got to the counter, I asked the gentleman whether there as problem with their phone because I tried calling them several time but was not successful. Instead of just simply informing me of the cause of myinability to access their phone line, he rather literally challenged me by implying that I was lying. I tried showing him mycall log as a proof but he refused to look at it. Instead, he requested that I called their line to prove that their phone isworking and I was lying, I complied and it went through this time around. Going pass that, I went ahead to place the order. Thisman again said to me that he had informed me on a different occasion that they don't sell the meal I was ordering although it ison their menu and that day was my first time ordering from them either via phone or in person. I made him aware that he ismistaking me for someone else because I am a first time customer. Instead of apologizing (not that it is even necessary) herather chose to mock me. I was appalled and felt so disgusted at his attitude towards me and nearly walked out of the store.Unfortunately, I couldn't do so because my time was limited and there was no way I could get food from another location beforecatching my flight. I think all the agents there need some training in customer service. In my opinion, that store doesn't evendeserve a single star but I can't post without selecting one.
