Just went for lunch and a beverage but he service provided was of great quality

Entered the SUITE with a dirty bathroom, asked it to please be cleaned and they told me they did but when i re-entered the room... everything was still dirty. Not a very clean place to stay, manager on duty lied about the process of cleaning the room. Alsobed super dirty. Read more

Food is good, staff are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately upon check in my room had the beds remade with dirty bedding... (pizza crumbs and black lint in one bed, sticky drops on the bed frame of the other with dry skin flakes/ scabs and hair in theother) and my room wasn't cleaned/ restocked. Dirty carpet, surfaces sticky w smudges and hair on desk and in bathroom, poostreak in toilet, door handle and window full of smudgy body and finger prints and splashes of something of portions of thewalls. Bright, cozy and modern rooms and bathroom. Housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to cleaning dirty hand prints on walls... and light switches, stains and dust on baseboards. Comfy beds. My room did not come with a microwave. Read more
